How it stays governed
The profile belongs to the learner and the adults responsible for them. Every read and write is permissioned by role, guardians can review what it holds, and it is never sold or used to advertise. The Trust Center documents the controls in plain language.
How tutors use it
Each session opens from the profile: the tutor picks up pace, modality, and the last stopping point, adapts the lesson live, and writes honest observations back. The profile gets more useful with every session, and it moves with the learner across subjects.
Learner Profile questions
Can I see and correct what the profile says?
Yes. Guardians can review the profile, and corrections are part of the design: the profile is a working record, not a verdict.
Is the profile a diagnosis?
No. Aivo does not diagnose. The profile describes how learning works best for your learner; clinical decisions belong to clinicians.
Who can read the profile?
Only the adults connected to the learner through Aivo Teams, each with role-appropriate access. Nothing is shared beyond that team.
