Trust Center · AI governance
AI with guardrails, humans with authority
Aivo uses AI to adapt instruction, and governs it like it matters: evaluated outputs, conservative defaults, and a hard line at human decisions.
The governance model
Every output evaluated
Tutor responses pass responsible-AI evaluation before reaching a learner, with blocking enforcement in production.
Humans own decisions
Goals, placements, diagnoses, and plans belong to humans. The AI informs; it never decides.
No diagnosis, ever
Aivo describes how learning works best for a learner. It does not diagnose conditions, and its language is built to never imply that it does.
Conservative by default
Gated capabilities fail closed. A configuration error hides a feature rather than opening one.
What we tell families about the AI
Plainly: tutor sessions are AI-adapted, adults can review what happened in them, and the profile that drives adaptation is readable and correctable by the family. No hidden inference, no advertising use, no surprises.
Governance questions welcome
Institutions can review our AI governance documentation as part of any discovery conversation.
