Schools & districts
Adaptive support at district scale, with evidence leaders can defend
Aivo gives the learners conventional instruction misses personalized daily support, and gives district leaders implementation evidence that holds up in a board meeting.
What districts get
Learner-level adaptation
Every enrolled learner gets a profile and sessions adapted to it, not a one-size license.
Implementation reporting
Adoption, usage, and progress by school, honest about where rollout has not reached yet.
Procurement-ready trust posture
COPPA and FERPA commitments, security documentation, and an assurance status page that never overstates.
IEP and MTSS alignment
The same goal-aligned practice and documentation special education teams use, at district scale.
The pilot path
Districts start with a readiness pilot (implementation fit) or an outcomes pilot (agreed success criteria over a defined window). Success criteria come before implementation, and pilot findings are labeled as pilot findings, never inflated into causal claims.
District questions
How does rostering work?
Standard rostering integrations and CSV import are supported, scoped during discovery so the implementation timeline is honest for your environment.
What does Aivo claim about outcomes?
Only what the evidence level supports. Capability evidence, customer observations, and pilot findings are labeled as exactly that. Causal claims require independent evaluation, and we do not have one yet.
Scope it around your district
A discovery call is a working session: your population, your challenge, your success criteria.
